[hpsdr] WSJT-X CAT Control for HPSDR (P1-Pandora)

Chris,

I agree about linHPSDR - I do have a couple of Linux machines and was
considering hooking one up to look at linHPSDR.

One caveat I noticed with PowerSDR and WSJT-X on the Windows side - on the
CAT emulation you need to select PowerSDR on the SDR console and TS-2000 on
the WSJT-X settings (at least version 1.9.1) or it won't work correctly -
at least this is true under Vista-64.

I also use one of the LDG Tuners - you have to be careful with those
obviously at low power as well - or you can get into a similar situation as
you pointed out.

I just made contact with Tasmania with only 4W on 40m - so yes, it's a lot
of fun.
